 to practice, practice, practice‹so you can exceed the expectations the world has for you as a Management major!

Succeeding as a management major requires more than knowing the terms; you have to "walk the walk" as well as "talk the talk." To help you understand a little more about the kinds of skills that you'll be expected to practice, read the following list. You'll probably observe that there are skills here that will help in any other career, too!

Analysis
when faced with complex problems, managers and management students need to be able to identify the most important issues that they confront and bring appropriate tools to bear to find solutions to those issues. The tools may come from the course areas above, to manage problems of workforce motivation, strategic planning, or production line balancing.

Collaboration
working in organizations, and doing business with others, requires skills in partnership and joint action. Skills in working with other people are called for at every level and by every kind of situation.

Communication
management is an area in which interpersonal communication is of critical importance. The ability to write and speak clearly, to get your point across in the way that will produce the result you want, is a key skill area for success.

Economic Awareness
managers of all organizations, business or otherwise, have to understand the basics of micro- and macroeconomics. The same is true for management students. They have to understand the impact of macro-level forces such as inflation, interest rates, unemployment, and currency exchange that affect all industries. Additionally, they need to know the particular economics of their industry, such as labor markets and markets for other inputs, price elasticity of demand, and so on.

Entrepreneurship
this is the process of starting and managing a new business, of bringing something new to market, and it is one of the most exciting elements of management studies. Successful management students will be entrepreneurial as well as thoughtful, and will bring new ideas to the fore in their studies and work.

Multi-tasking
managers and management students can face multiple challenges that must all be processed at one time. To succeed, managers have to operate on many levels, dealing with human issues, conceptual problems, and technical solutions.  

Planning
managers who aren't looking to the future will not be able to advance very far. Planning skills will benefit students who look ahead, see the set of actions that will achieve the results they want,and make decisions in the present that will produce those results in the future

یک مدیر باید در چه مواردی ماهر باشد ؟

 

 چون شما در رشته مدیریت تحصیل می کنید مردم از شما انتظار خواهند داشت که قادر به انجام یک سری کارها بخصوص باشید . این مهارت ها به شما کمک خواهد کرد که در جریان  گرفتن مدرک خود روی کار و درس خود تمرکز کنید .پس شما باید تمرین کنید . تمرین تمرین تمرین! تا بتوانید از پس انتظاراتی که دنیا از یک مدیر دارد بر آیید .

موفقیت در رشته مدیریت تنها به دانستن بعضی اصطلاحات وابسطه نیست بلکه به همان اندازه که می دانیم باید به آن عمل نیز بکنیم . برای دانستن مهارتهای که شما باید آنها را تمرین کنید و بخوانید لیست زیر رامطالعه فرمایید. خواهید دید که این مهارت ها به شما در شغل های دیگر نیز کمک خواهد کرد.

1- تجزیه و تحلیل

در مواجه با یک مشکل پیچیده دانشجویان مدیریت باید قادر به شناسایی مهمترین قسمت مسئله که با ان مواجه هستند باشند تا با فراهم آوردن مناسبترین ابزار به حل مشکل بپردازند

2-قدرت همکاری و تعاون

کار در سازمان و تجارت با افراد نیاز به داشتن حس همکاری و کار گروهی دارد.توانایی کار کردن با دیگران  در هر سطح و موقعیتی مورد نیاز است

3- ارتباط

 مدیریت محدوده ای است که ارتباطات  در آن اهمیت حیاتی دارد .

توانای واضح  صحبت کردن و نوشتن برای انتقال موضوع  به آن صورت که مورد نظر شماست کلید موفقیت این توانای  است

4-آگاهی اقتصادی

مدیران تمام سازمان و تشکیلات ها وغیره باید قادر به درک ابتدایی اقتصاد خرد و کلان باشند. این مساله در مورد دانشجویان مدیریت نیز صدق می کند آنها باید تا حدودی قادر به درک تاثیر نیروهای مانند تورم, نرخ بهره, بیکاری و تقاضای سفته بازی که در تمام صنایع تاثیرگزار است باشند بعلاوه بآنها باید بخصوص راجب تاثیر اقتصاد در صنعت رشته خود مانند بازار نیروی کار َبازار داده ها و کشش منحنی تقاضا و غیره آگاهی داشته باشند.

5-کار آفرین

این اصطلاح به معنی شروع و مدیریت, تجارتی جدید و وارد کردن کالا جدید به بازار است. و یکی از هیجان انگیزترین مباحث مدیریت می باشد. دانشجویان موفق مدیریت به همان اندازه که متفکر هستند خلاق نیز هستند

و طرح های جدید در کار و درس خود ارائه می کنند .

6-کارهای دشوار چندگانه

مدیران و دانشجویان مدیریت ممکن است با چالش های چندگانه روبرو می شوند که باید در یک زمان رسیدگی شوند. برای موفقیت مدیران باید در چند سطح کار بکنند مانند سر وکار داشتن با مشکلات انسانی,مشکلات ادراکی.........

۷- برنامه ریزی

مدیرانی که به آینده نظر ندارند قادر به پیشرفت نیستند. توانایی برنامه ریزی یک امتیاز برای دانشجویانی است که به جلو نگاه می کنند آنها جایگاه فعالیتهای مورد نظرشان و تصمیماتی که در حال حاضر گرفته اند و در آینده نتیجه می دهد را می بینند .
